Gainwise is a WhatsApp AI automation platform for small and medium businesses in Zambia. We help businesses automate customer communication via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. Data we collect
When customers interact with a Gainwise-powered WhatsApp assistant, we may collect:
- WhatsApp phone number
- Display name (as provided by WhatsApp)
- Message content (text only)
- Timestamps of messages
3. How we use data
We use collected data to:
- Respond to customer inquiries on behalf of the business
- Log conversations for the business owner's records
- Improve AI response quality
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Data storage
Data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region). Access is restricted to the relevant business tenant only. We use row-level security to ensure data isolation between clients.
5. WhatsApp & Meta
Our platform uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By messaging a Gainwise-powered number, you agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We operate in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
